Our main office is located in the
Davol Square building on the corner of Point and Eddy streets near
downtown Providence.
South of Providence: (use
Point St. Bridge for "GPS" systems)
95
North to "exit 20, POINT ST.", bear right at the light
onto Point St. and follow down to the traffic light which is the
intersection of POINT and EDDY St. (you should have a Hess Gas Station
on your left at this light). Go straight through light and take
your first left into our parking lot.
Ignore the sign
that says restricted parking which is on the little hut. Our parking
spaces are located to the right side of the "hut" up along
the hedges facing Point St. We have signs that say " reserved
for Neurosurgery Associates, please try to park there. Once you
are parked, go to the the bricked courtyard area, to a green awning
that says "Buildings A & B", enter into the building
and take elevator on your left to the 2nd floor. We are right across
from the elevator.
North of Providence:
Take
95 SOUTH to "exit 19" (just after exit 20 to I-195 east,
DO NOT GET OFF ON EXIT 20!!). The new exit 19 has replaced the old
one that was formerly in front of RI Hospital. Once you have gotten
off on exit 19, follow it to the end, staying to the "left".
At the light, take a LEFT onto EDDY ST., follow to next set of lights
and "bear" LEFT, (Eddy merges with Allens Ave.), Once
you have made the left turn, get in the RIGHT lane, follow to next
set of lights (INTERSECTION OF POINT AND EDDY), take a right at
this light and your first left into our parking lot. Do not cross
over the POINT ST. BRIDGE, we are before the bridge!!)

FROM 2ND PARAGRAPH ABOVE ON HOW TO ENTER THE BUILDING.)
From East of Providence:
Take
195 West to Exit 1-A (POINT ST.), bear to the right to get to EXIT
1-A, and merge over 2 lanes. As you get off the exit, you will come
to a traffic light, take a right at this light and follow straight
down hill to the intersection of "POINT ST. and EDDY ST.".
You should have a "HESS GAS STATION" on your left at this
light. Go straight through light and take your first left into our
parking lot. WE ARE BEFORE THE BRIDGE!!. See directions in 2nd paragraph
from "SOUTH OF PROVIDENCE" as to where you should park
and where to enter for our building.
West
of Providence:
Take 6/10 connecter to 95 SOUTH, and follow directions
from "NORTH OF
PROVIDENCE"
When you arrive at our Davol
Square office parking lot:
- Use one
of our 5 parking spaces.
They are designated RESERVED FOR NEUROSURGERY ASSOCIATES.
- You will
see a red brick courtyard that is the entrance to DAVOL SQUARE.
Please go under the canopy labeled BUILDINGS A & B. If you
go under the canopy labeled BUILDING B you will be entering the
wrong part of Davol Square.
- Take the
elevator immediately inside the door to the second floor and you
will be facing the entrance to our office.
