From Providence and points
south:
- Take I-95 North to Route 146 North.
- Follow Route 146 North to Route
99 North (just past the I-295 interchange).
- Follow Route 99 to the end.
- Turn left onto Mendon Road.
- Follow Mendon Road straight onto
Cumberland Hill Road (second light, remain straight)
- Continue on Cumberland Hill Road
until Cass Avenue (Dunkin Donuts is on the right).
- Turn right onto Cass Avenue.
- Landmark Medical Center's Woonsocket
Unit is on the right.
- Doctor's office is next to Landmark
Medical Center building. The parking lot is located at the back
entrance of the office.
From Boston and points north:
- Take I-95 South to I-295 South.
- Follow I-295 South to Route 146
North.
- Take Exit for Route 146 North.
- Follow Route 146 North to Route
99 North (just past the I-295 interchange).
- Follow directions above.
By Bus:
From Kennedy Plaza take bus #51
or 54. There is a bus stop right at Landmark Medical Center.
